Komal Sarawagi is a qualified Company Secretary and a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), the statutory body that regulates the company secretary profession in India.

She founded CompanyFX in Bangalore in 2018 to give founders, small businesses and professionals one dependable place for their registrations and recurring compliance, from incorporating a company to filing its annual returns and taxes. She leads the CompanyFX team and is the firm's point of contact for company law and compliance questions.
