Outsourced Accounting for Delhi NCR Businesses
Doing business in Delhi NCR often means operating in three states at once: a head office or shop in Delhi, a warehouse or factory in Noida or Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh), and a sales office in Gurugram or Faridabad (Haryana). Each location has its own GSTIN, its own returns and its own credit ledger, and inter-branch movements have to be invoiced correctly. That is where most NCR books go wrong.
CompanyFX keeps branch-wise books, reconciles every GSTIN every month, and gives you one consolidated view of the business.
What We Handle Every Month
- Bookkeeping: sales, purchases, expenses and bank entries for each branch
- Multi-state GST: branch transfers, GSTR-2B reconciliation per GSTIN, and e-way bills for goods crossing state borders
- Inventory: item-wise stock for traders and manufacturers, including stock at each location
- TDS: deductions on rent, contractors and professionals; challans and quarterly returns
- Payroll: salaries, PF, ESIC and TDS (no professional tax in Delhi)
- MIS: branch-wise and consolidated P&L, cash flow, receivables and payables

Frequently Asked Questions
My business has offices in Delhi and Gurugram. How does GST accounting work?
GST registration is state-wise, so an office in Delhi and one in Gurugram (Haryana) or Noida (Uttar Pradesh) each need a separate GSTIN. Each registration is a distinct person under GST, so goods or services supplied between them must be invoiced and taxed. We keep branch-wise books and reconcile each GSTIN separately.
Is there professional tax in Delhi?
No. Delhi does not levy professional tax, so salaries paid in Delhi have no PT deduction. Payroll still includes PF and ESIC where applicable, and income tax TDS on salaries.
Which accounting software do you use?
Mostly Tally Prime and Zoho Books, plus QuickBooks and Busy, which many Delhi traders use. We work in your existing software or help you move to a better fit.
Can you clear our accounting backlog?
Yes. We regularly take over books that are several months or a full year behind, catch up on entries and reconciliations, and identify missed GST credits and TDS defaults so they can be fixed before the audit.
What does it cost?
Plans start at ₹2,999 a month for low transaction volumes. The fee depends on the number of entries, GSTINs, bank accounts, inventory and employees. We quote a fixed monthly fee after reviewing your books.
